From classic romantic Beatles ballads and sexy Brazilian bossa novas to raucous rockers and sultry swinging sambas, the show is filled with memorable melodies and infectious beats. Every song is ear candy!
Manny Moreira's show seamlessly blends the music of the Beatles and Brazil, carefully curating the songs into an artful arc. It takes the audience on a musical journey - from London to New York to Rio de Janeiro - through authentic storytelling and multimedia production elements, including seductive lighting and provocative projections.
With him and holding down the backline on bass and drums are original bandmates and longtime friends, Leo Traversa and Norbert Goldberg, two stellar and highly accomplished world class players. The three musicians have a friendship and collaborative history going back over 30 years!
Out front, complimenting Manny's compelling guitar work, is the silken voice of the lovely and talented newcomer, Lou Wilkin.
